i just rewatched start asking — i remember now what i thouht then: design is also good writing… this was. i was deeply moved by this then and again tonight..so who cares who won? your statement, question, probably moved more than any other and might have gotten a few to…start asking what they could to improve social justice and racial understanding…

Yeah, I’ve been to that store and the same thoughts have run through my head. I love the displays that they set up, have you seen the one thats near the front entrance where they stapled a bunch of square sheets wood together to create a dome for product display. That was nice. However, with that said its also too high for my budget.

There’s similar types of stores on Haight St. where the environment is very unique and the product has that thrift store look but the prices are ridiculous. And its funny cause they are located next to a Goodwill, which if keen enough you could find similar finds, which sells its shirts for 2$.

Ry — I just got around to perusing your site for the first time in awhile. You are amazing!! Command X looks like it was a pretty huge deal (sorry I am so completely lost when it comes to design world) and the video and designs that came out of your challenges were so cool! I am looking for a career change. Whenever I get the chance I hike, scuba dive, (I am a certified rescue diver) rock climb, snowboard, bungee jump, skydive, ice climb, hang glide, and do any physical activity I can. I have traveled much of the world, and so far lived in 3 different countries.

what kind of exploring career opportunities could I pursue that would entertain this ideal lifestyle? I want to have a career where at least some of those are necessary for my work.

I just upgraded my MacBook to 4gb of RAM and I am so very happy. It really makes a difference, especially when running Adobe products.
